Panasonic Multisystem Converter VCRs

Multisystem VCRs allow you to play tapes of different formats, such as NTSC and PAL, and output them in the same format. Thus, in order to see a PAL video tape on a NTSC TV or vice versa, you must either have a multisystem TV, or a converter that will convert the video signals from the multisystem VCR to the proper format for the TV.
