The ultimate in serenity, elegance and technical flair - the Fly series extracts the fundamentals of Schroers & Schroers' design philosophy to create a clear statement: glass shelves suspended on steel cables from the supporting structure seem to float weightlessly in space. Reflective clear edges enter into a dialogue with the surrounding space. And thus the lines of intersection between human and ambience are drawn. Fly, the extraordinary component furniture, is available in three versions: Fly Audio, Fly Video and Fly Plasma.

The suspension of the glass plates in the Fly series uses a patented suspension system. All of the shelves can be moved to any position along the whole length of the steel cables. Cable blocks hold the shelves secure at any desired height. Pressure on the pin at the top of the holder frees the blocking mechanism allowing the glass plate to be moved.
