Compatilibity with the two formats allows you to choose from two recording modes: VR mode (DVD-RW) and Video Mode (DVD-R/RW)

Multisystem Features:

• PAL or NTSC DVD playback of ANY region (Region-Free) plays PAL discs on a PAL TV, NTSC discs on an NTSC TV, or both PAL and NTSC discs on a Multisystem TV.
• DVD-R recording in both PAL and NTSC format. Send this recorder a PAL signal and it records in PAL, or record an NTSC signal in NTSC. To record a PAL disc in NTSC or vice versa, you will need a Tenlab Video Standards Converter.
