HyperPro 100

HyperPro 100 comprises of two scanning technologies; Digital 100 Frame Scan and Hyper Progressive Scan. Digital 100 Frame Scan is an intelligent image scanning process that reduces flickers on the screen. Hyper Progressive Scan captures images in a progressive manner by detecting gradually every image movement. Scanning lines are doubled and the image reproduction is true to the original.

HD-Ready

HDTV (High Definition TV) is perhaps the biggest breakthrough in broadcasting since the colour TV. With HDTV broadcast, signals are received via boardband and images are claere and sharper.

Convergence Free

An unique advantage of TheatreCool is the Convergence-Free feature. In other Projection TVs, the RGB beams are proned to being misaligned due to the geo-magnetic problem. This cause an off-focused effect and smudging of colours. Calibration is often needed. With the TheatreCool, all three RGB beams will always converge on the screen to produce crystal clear colours, free of smear or bleed. Focus is always perfect and no aligning of the guns are necessary.

Pegasus III

The new Pegasus III electron gun is the world's first impregnated cathode gun to be used in a projection CRT, and it's found in the new TheatreCool Projection TV. This new gun is similar to that developed for standard CRTs and one of its advantages is a much longer lifespan. But the main feature of PEgasus III is the 10% increase in brightness without compromising the focus quality. To achieve the extra brightness, the Pegasus III uses an improved internal aluminium film that distributes light more evenly. At the same time the spot size of the beam is maintained, and together with the increased brightness, results in a focused and brighter images.

3-Dimensional Y/C Separator

The 3-D Digital Comb Filter separtaes the Y(luminance) and C(colour) signals in vertical, horizontal and time dimensions, giving you the most ideal brightness and colour interpretation.
