Full Multisystem VCP with French SECAM Playback & Line Recording in NTSC.
This is the least expensive multisystem VCR that will play PAL, NTSC and SECAM (will not play SECAM in color, only black and white). Please note that the Toshiba VCP-C10 does not have any tuners; therefore, you cannot copy television broadcasts. It is designed for playing all standards of tapes. You will, however, need either a multisystem television or a standards converter to view all standards of VHS cassette tapes.
