Activating Your Service:

• Scratch off the tape from the recharge value card to get the 18 numbers recharge passcode.
• Insert sim card to mobile phone
• Call 13800138000 to activate the recharge value:
  • enter Pin number for the phone (if needed, default 1234)
  • enter PUK to unlock sim card (sim card will be permanently locked after 10 trials)
• It will confirm the process complete and phone is ready to use.
• Customers can call customer hotline by dialing 1860 (Option 2 for English)
• Customers can use their mobile phone call 13800138000 to check the remaining card value (toll free), Choose option 2 for English

All calls are charges in minutes no seconds intervals.

• Expiration will update automatically when recharge at least once before it expired.
• If value below $10, after 60 seconds of connecting time, it will “beep” to warn low value. Or phone will disconnect immediately if no value left.
• China mobile will not print out phone charges. Customers can only check their remaining value through the 138 number.
