Activating Your Service:

• Put the e-plus SIM card into your GSM phone
• Be sure that the battery is charged
• Turn on your phone and enter the PIN code
• You will automatically be credited for 25DM (approx. US$12.00) of talk time
• Start calling

Adding Talk Time:

Additional Talk time may be added by purchasing vouchers at any shop or petrol station displaying the "Free & Easy" logo. The automated instructions to redeem your voucher will be spoken in the German language however the basic translation has been provided below.

• Call 1155
• Press 4
• Enter the 16 digit code from the Free & Easy voucher
• Press 1 to confirm and hang up
• Your account will be credited within 15 minutes

Alternatively you can purchase 100DM of airtime using your credit card:

• Dial 1155 and press 2
• Enter your PIN code and press #
• Enter your credit card number and press #
• Enter the expiry date of the credit card in MMYY format
• Press #
• A German speaking voice will tell you your account has been recharged

Free & Easy vouchers purchased in the amounts of 25DM, 50DM and 100+DM are valid for 6, 12 and 24 months respectively. If you recharge before the expiry date, all call credit will be moved forward.
