Buying a prepaid card in advance of arrival makes it possible to make and receive calls as you are stepping off the plane. The TIM (the SIM card for Italy) service is also quite easy to "refill" While this is novel in terms of USA markets, this is everyday stuff here.

I just received a calling card bill that covered my kids calls to me in Italy. It was quite a bit more expensive that anything we had paid when we used the cell phone that we rented from you and the GSM SIM card. We really appreciated being available throughout our trip. Actually had I realized how much more economical it was to use the SIM card I would have bought more time and just called the kids back. Also the reception was excellent. Voice clarity seems much better than we get on our phones in the U.S.
As for the service we received from your company - it was excellent. Each time I had a question - the people taking calls were polite and extremely helpful. All in all a satisfactory exchange. We will most definitely use your company when we travel again. In fact we have recommended you to a number of friends. I guess we should consider buying a phone and getting SIM cards for them depending on the country we travel to. That will be on my list of things to explore.

I recently purchased your featured P7389 Phone for world travel using the country specific SIM's. This is a great phone and excellent idea for business travel cost savings. So much so, I may contact you shortly for a couple more for my co-workers.
If I get a sim prepaid for the US, this phone would be hard to beat.
