Activating Your Service:

Your first call activates your SIM card service. If needed, the PIN number for this card is 1234.

Adding Talk Time:

Your SIM card includes EGP 5 preloaded when you arrive in Egypt. Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card), in Egypt. Airtime vouchers are available locally throughout Egypt at most convenience stores, Mobinil authorized dealers and distributors. Airtime vouchers are available in the following EGP denominations: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300.

Simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone, the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective denomination you purchased.

Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.

Service Life:

Your SIM card is valid for 60 after activation before it expires. To avoid expiration you must add a voucher once every 2 months.
