- Be sure that battery is charged
- Insert the Digi Plus SIM card into the mobile phone
- Turn on your phone
Adding Talk Time:
Upon purchase, your Prepaid Plus SIM Card comes preloaded with RM50.00 (US$13.00) worth of airtime. Please note that this value is NOT refundable and any remaining balance will expire after 30 days from your first outgoing or incoming call.
Please refer to your mobile phone display for your remaining credit. Some mobile phone models do not immediately display the remaining credit on the mobile phone screen. If this should happen, please refer to your mobile phone manual on how to retrieve the remaining credit.
The remaining credit displayed on your mobile phone display is only an estimate. The DiGi Prepaid Plus billing system is the actual reference for all credit balance charges incurred on your prepaid SIM Card.
Please take note that your prepaid SIM Card can no longer be used when the credit is zero. The calls will be interrupted without forewarning when the credit reaches zero. To avoid call interruption, you'll receive a warning notice via a text message from DiGi. We strongly advise that you reload your Prepaid Plus SIM Card before the remaining credit is depleted.

Service Life:
The SIM card's expiry date is typically one year from the date of release. Once activated, the airtime credit is valid for 30 days from the date of activation after which all in/outgoing calls will be barred unless top-up/reloaded with new credits. Any unused credit from the previous period will be carried forward.
All activated SIM cards that are not reloaded for a continuous period of 1 year will be purged from the system.
Coverage:
