Are there any hidden fees involved when ordering?
We only charge true shipping costs. MindLogic charges no handling fees and no surcharges.
However, California state law requires that we charge sales tax for orders shipped to
California. Contact us for shipping costs.

- Shipping prices for 14" and 21" televisions are $25 and $40 respectively for FedEx Ground. Please inquire for other options. Most 25" and all 29" and larger televisions must be shipped via private truck. Fees are generally $150 delivered to a residence or $125 to a business. If you are in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area, you may also pick up your order directly at one of our two warehouses located within these areas if you prefer.

When will my order be shipped out to me?
Unless otherwise noted on the product web page, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours from the time you placed your order (on business days). Should we be unable to ship your order within 24 hours on business days, you will be contacted immediately with estimated delivery time.
When will my credit card be charged?
All credit card are charged right before your order ships so you don't have to worry about paying for items which are delayed or out of stock.
What is your return policy?
All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. You have 15 days from the time you receive an item to initiate a return and the item(s) must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund will be given for unopened items with the following exceptions. Plasma screens are non-refundable and non-returnable. Open-boxed items of the following are non-returnable and non-refundable: cellular phones, SIM cards, cellular phone accessories, camcorder accessories. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all other open boxed items. Items must be returned in mint condition and in their original boxes with all original accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please do not write on the original box. All returns must include an RMA number. Contact us before returning any items to receive this number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Quantum Star, LLC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the coverage areas for GSM SIM cards. We receive the right to refuse returns for items deemed to have been purchased for use and return.
