SIM cards that are opened are non-refundable.

Activating Your Service:

Your Estonia mobile phone number is located on the reverse of your Estonia SIM card and begins 053. The Simpel cell phone number may also be found in the field labeled MSISDN on the insert folds holding the actual SIM card.

To start using your service simply:

• Be sure that battery is charged
• Insert the Estonia SIM chip into the cellular phone
• Turn on your phone
• Enter the PIN (Default 1000)*
• Start calling

Customer service for your Estonia Simpel prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 123 at any time from your Estonia cellular phone

* Your cell phone will prompt you for a 4-digit PIN code, which is defaulted to 4 zeroes "0000". This is a security feature of your Estonia SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock your Estonia SIM card if you enter in a PIN code into your cell phone incorrectly 3x. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your cellular phone if this occurs.

Adding Talk Time:

Your Estonia SIM card has an initial airtime credit of EEK 200 ($13.50). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card), in Estonia. These airtime vouchers are available in 3 denominations:

• EEK 100 (US$6.80)
• EEK 125 (US$8.00)
• EEK 200 (US$13.50)

Simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your 12-digit voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective EEK denomination you purchased.

Airtime vouchers are available locally, in Estonia, at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, Vodafone shops and authorized dealers.

Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! Your only need a recharge voucher! And your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.

Rates:

Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within Estonia from your prepaid Estonia SIM card while you are in Estonia. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are FREE.

Service Life:

If you do not recharge your account within 5-months (150 days) your Mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The 5-month period starts the day you arrive in Estonia.
