Activating Your Service:
Your Russia mobile phone number is printed on the white label affixed to the envelope containing the Russia SIM card. It may also be found at the top of your welcome letter affixed to the SIM card and begins +7 926.
To start using your service simply:
*Your Russia SIM card requires a 4-digit PIN code which can be found under the black tab located under the Russia SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
Customer service for your Russia Megafone prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 555 at any time from your Russia cellular phone or 507 7777 from a fixed line.
When calling overseas from the United States to your Russia cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 7 and then your Russia cell phone number 926... To call abroad from your Russia cell phone simply dial 00 (or '+') followed by the country code and phone number.

Adding Talk Time:
Your SIM card includes an initial airtime credit voucher code of $10.00, which you may load once you arrive in Russia. Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card), in Russia. These airtime vouchers are available in the following denominations:
Simply scratch off the gray protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective dollar denomination you purchased.
Airtime vouchers are available locally, in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Caucasus region), at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, Megafone shops and authorized dealers.
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! Your only need a recharge voucher! And your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.
Rates:
The domestic rates are listed in 2 sections for your prepaid Megafone Lite Russia SIM card. The first section is for calls placed while you are in Moscow and the 2nd section is for calls placed while traveling outside of the Moscow region (St. Petersburg as a an example) but within Russia. All calls from your SIM card are rated per minute.

GPRS High Speed Data:
If you plan on doping any data transmission in Russia GPRS is a high-speed data service available to Megafone prepaid Russia SIM subscribers. A GPRS compatible phone is required and the rate is $1.77 per 3Mb of data transmitted.
GPRS is also available while roaming in Russia outside of Moscow for $0.13/100Kb
Service Life:
As long as you maintain a balance on the Russia SIM card it will never expire. However if you account reached 0 (zero) balance then you must recharge your account within 30 days or your Mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card.
